Eligibility: New, unused, and unboxed merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Condition: Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packaging and tags.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Final Sale Items: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Fees:
For U.S. customers, return shipping by mail is subject to a $6–$50 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
For international customers, please note we do not offer free returns. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Restrictions:
Combined returns are not accepted.
Return labels cannot be generated for APO/FPO addresses.
