Free Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders over $50.

Economy Shipping: Delivered in 4–7 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–5 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

⚠️ We currently do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide directly from our Taiwan warehouse.

Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 3–7 business days via DHL or Chunghwa Post EMS.

Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Tracking

You can track your order through the Shipment Notification Email(s) or the Order Confirmation Page.

Please note:

You may receive more than one Shipment Notification Email if items from your order are shipped separately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand carrier delays and issues can sometimes occur. In certain cases, carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery. Most of the time, the package will arrive within 4 business days.

If after 4 business days your order is still not located and is marked as "Delivered," please:

Check the surrounding area at your delivery address.

Contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

⚠️ Please note: Kalama is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect misdelivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

If the tracking link shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service team so we can investigate further.

Changing Address Information

Our orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted and usually cannot be modified once placed.

If your order has already shipped and you need to correct your address or adjust delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Please note, additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
